Government should take time to investigate the reason why traffic jam happen in some actual blocks, and find some suitable solutions to address these issues. For instance, in my home town, there used to have only two road to the only one square in my city, there usually got jam in my memory when i was young. it was clear that we need more roads for transportation, so government did design more roads around that square. it is still the most popular city’s center in my city even there are more squares nowadays. this proves that government made a smart choice.
• To sum up, providing free public vehicles is a good suggestion for government to solve traffic jam in some degree. Things are different in varies conditions, government is not supposed to look forward to just one way can solve all the traffic problem in my opinion. However, it is indeed a serious problem that people require to solve, looking at it on a case-by-case basis is the best way to solve it.
